Just like another consumer goods, distribution is very important on maximizing advertising effect. Very good marketing concept will not end up on maximum sales if distribution process misserable. Delayed and unreach outlet are usual problem on distribution that effect sales volume directly. Not all customer is loyal customer. Many of them prefer buy another brand which is available than finding another outlet to buy their favorite brand. If this typical customer is about 10%, not surprise if good marketing concept just drive customer buying another brand.
